To close your account with SSV, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Verify Account Information

Please contact SSV to verify your account information before proceeding with the account closure.

To be eligible for account closure, you must meet the following conditions:

• Fulfill all obligations related to your account, including ensuring that there are no remaining cash balances, securities, entitlements, or other assets in the account.
• Fulfill all financial obligations, including full payment of any outstanding service fees and margin loans, if applicable.

Step 2: Complete the Account Closure Forms

Please complete all required information accurately and in full in the following forms:

• Request for Securities Depository Account Closure.
• Request for Margin/Derivatives/Fund Certificate/Bond Account Closure (if applicable).

Step 3: Submit the Account Closure Documents

Please submit the completed account closure request form(s), together with any other required supporting documents, to SSV through one of the following methods:

• Option 1: Submit Documents in Person

Please bring your original Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) or Passport and visit SSV’s Head Office or any SSV Transaction Office to complete the account closure procedure.

• Option 2: Submit Documents by Postal Mail

Please send the completed account closure documents, together with any other required supporting documents, to SSV by postal mail.

Account Closure Fees

Account closure fees are subject to SSV’s applicable fee schedule from time to time. Please refer to the following link for details:

Step 4: Processing the Account Closure Request

SSV’s Customer Service Officer will receive the documents, verify the relevant information, and process the account closure in accordance with your request.
