S-era AI chatbot Guideline - AI feature come from Shinhan Securities Vietnam

S-ERA is an AI assistant that supports smarter investment decisions. It is available on both Web and Mobile Trading applications, with two main features:

  • AI Chatbot: Real-time data, instant answers, and market analysis
  • AI News: Fast updates, clear visuals, and smart insights

    1. Registration
  2. Click the S-ERA icon (top bar or bottom-right corner).
  3. Select Register → Read Terms and Conditions → Tick Agree → Start Conversation.
  4. Ask your question by typing or speaking.

Example: What is the PE ratio of HPG?

Example:  Summarize today’s market news.

* If the chatbot doesn’t respond, refresh your screen or restart the app.

    1. User controls
  • Create new conversation: Start a new chat
  • Settings → Display floating icon: Show or hide the chatbot icon
  • History icon: Review or delete past conversations
  • Microphone icon: Ask questions by voice

  1. On the Price Board screen → Market Info menu → News
  2. Click a news title to open the article popup.
  3. Inside the popup:
    • View related stock prices (e.g., AVC, BSA)
    • Summary button: Get a quick article summary
    • Ask S-ERA button: Request AI-based analysis or ask follow-up questions
