- Applicable for new individual customers, with no conditions attached.

- Applicable for all domestic individual customers, with conditions:
Customers must register/connect and always maintain a securities settlement account with Shinhan Bank to receive the lifetime free trading fee offer*. However, it is not required for the Shinhan Bank account to be the only settlement account.
*The registration/connection period for accounts opened from September 16, 2024, onwards is within 03 months (calculated monthly) from the month of account registration; for accounts opened before September 16, 2024, customers must complete the bank account registration and send policy participation information to SSV before December 31, 2024, using this link.
- Fee application time: On the last business day of each month. SSV will transfer the fee group for accounts that meet the policy conditions and notify customers.
- If customers cancel the Shinhan Bank settlement account registration or fail to meet the conditions, the trading fee will be applied according to SSV's policy at that time.

Margin Loan Interest Offer
+ 0% interest for the first 2 months (T + 60 days) with a limit of VND 500 million; and
+ 6.8% interest for the following 4 months (T+120 days) with a limit of up to VND 10 billion
- Applicable for new individual customers, without conditions.
- The total time the customer's account receives this margin interest incentive is up to 180 days from the successful account opening date.
- During the 60 days from the account opening date and during the program period, if customers successfully propose increasing the limit from VND 500 million to VND 10 billion, the new interest rate (6.8%) will be applied to the entire loan balance. To apply the preferential interest rate of 6.8% or increase the limit, customers need to send a registration email within the 60-day 0% interest period and during the program. Customers should send registration emails to cs.ssv@shinhan.com.

2.0% margin loan interest rate reduction until December 31st, 2025:
- Applicable for all domestic individual customers, with conditions:
- Customers must successfully refer at least 3 new accounts before December 31, 2025; and
- The total NAV of the referred accounts must reach VND 200 million, or the total margin balance of the referred accounts must reach VND 100 million at the evaluation time (the evaluation time is on the last business day of each quarter).
- The 2% preferential interest rate reduction applies to the general interest rate announced for customers at each time.

- Applicable for all customers with the most successful account referrals each month.

- The program may end once the limit is reached, based on a first-come, first-served principle. SSV will notify customers of any changes via its official website or email.
- After the promotional period, the standard margin interest rate will be applied to all outstanding balances in customer accounts.
- The program does not apply to accounts managed by brokers or those cared for by collaborators.
- This offer is applicable to customers participating in the Biz Partner program through the partner’s registered email. For more details on the Biz Partner policy, please contact SSV.
- Each customer can only benefit from the offer once per program. Customer identification will be based on their ID card. In all cases, SSV’s decision will be final.
