Notice on the Update to Reward Eligibility Conditions for the “Start investing – Get your rewards” Program

Dear Valued Customers,

Shinhan Securities Vietnam (SSV) would like to inform you of an update to the reward eligibility conditions for the “Start investing – Get your rewards” Program, as follows:

1. For Customers who participate in the Program and satisfy the conditions of the relevant reward category in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions, SSV will send a notification to the email address registered by Customers and provide instructions on the procedures for receiving the reward.
2. To receive the reward, Customers must login to VinaStalk.vn using their Shinhan Securities account within 30 days from the date of successful opening of the securities account. If Customers fail to complete the reward receipt procedures within the above-mentioned period, Customers will not be entitled to receive the corresponding reward.
3. SSV will determine reward eligibility based on Customers’ account data, trading data and VinaStalk login status using Customer’s Shinhan Securities account, as recorded in SSV’s systems. Reward eligibility review and reward payment are expected to be conducted once every two weeks.

This update will take effect from 16 September 2026.
