Notice on Updating to Terms and Conditions of the “Shinhan Trading Championship 2026”

Dear Valued Customer,

We sincerely thank you for participating in and accompanying the “Shinhan Trading Championship 2026” competition organized by Shinhan Securities Vietnam Co., Ltd. (“SSV”).

In order to clarify certain contents related to the regulations on competition accounts and trading activities on such accounts, we would like to inform you of the updates to the applicable Terms and Conditions as follows:

1. Applicable Terms and Conditions:

7. Method of determining results and rankings (7.3. Regulations on competition accounts and trading activities)	Eligible securities for trading: All listed underlying equities on HOSE, HNX, and UPCOM, excluding covered warrants, futures contracts, and any securities restricted from trading under SSV regulations (if applicable). During the competition period, if a participant trades any of the excluded securities mentioned above, the account will be disqualified from the competition.	- Eligible securities: All listed equities on HOSE, HNX, and equities registered for trading on UPCOM, excluding covered warrants, futures contracts, and stocks on the restricted trading list as regulated by SSV (if any). - During the competition period, if a participant conducts transactions in the excluded securities mentioned above, SSV reserves the right to exclude, adjust, or not recognize the value of such transactions in the account’s actual investment performance, or disqualify the account from the competition. - For clarification, the list of excluded securities will be determined by SSV and published on its official website (here) throughout the duration of the competition.
