1. Benefit offer

• Lifetime exemption from securities trading fees: 0% trading fee with no expiry (excluding exchange fees).

2. Eligibility

• Clients must register, link, and maintain a sole settlement account at Shinhan Bank.
• For accounts opened from February 10, 2025 onwards: Clients must complete registration/connection and maintain the sole Shinhan Bank account within 3 months from the month of account opening. Example: If the account is opened on April 15, 2025, the deadline to fulfill eligibility is July 31, 2025 (last working day of the third month from April).
• For accounts opened before February 10, 2025: Clients must complete the registration/connection and maintain the sole Shinhan Bank account, then submit participation information to SSV before December 31, 2025 to receive the lifetime 0% trading fee offer here.
• Khách hàng mở tài khoản trước 10/02/2025: cần hoàn tất đăng ký/kết nối và duy trì duy nhất tài khoản Ngân hàng Shinhan, sau đó gửi thông tin tham gia nhận ưu đãi 0% phí giao dịch trọn đời về SSV trước 31/12/2025 tại đây.

3. Fee application timeline

• On the last working day of each month, SSV will review accounts, automatically update eligible clients to the fee-free group, and send notifications accordingly.

4. Other terms & conditions

• The fee waiver applies only to online transactions.
• The fee does not apply to privately placed corporate bond transactions or other specialized transactions as regulated by SSV from time to time.
• If clients cancel or fail to maintain their Shinhan Bank settlement account, trading fees will revert to SSV’s prevailing fee schedule.
• The program is not applicable to accounts managed by a broker or serviced by a collaborator.
• SSV reserves the right to amend terms and conditions at any time, in compliance with applicable laws.
• The program cannot be combined with other offers, except those under the “Choose Shinhan, Fee For Whole Life” initiative.
