Announcement: Amendment To The Policy Terms Of "Choose Shinhan, Free For Whole Life" Program

Shinhan Securities would like to inform you about updates to the eligibility conditions for the Free Trading Fee For Whole Life policy under the "Choose Shinhan, Free For Whole Life" program, effective February 10, 2025.

- Applicable for all domestic individual customers, with conditions:
Customers must register/connect and always maintain a securities settlement account with Shinhan Bank to receive the Free Trading Fee For Whole Life*. However, it is not required for the Shinhan Bank account to be the only settlement account. *The registration/connection period for accounts opened from September 16, 2024, onwards is within 03 months (calculated monthly) from the month of account registration. |

Customers must register/ connect and always maintain only securities payment account with Shinhan Bank to qualify for Free Trading Fee For Whole Life*.

Note: These changes apply to new customers or existing customers who opened accounts before February 10, 2025, but have not yet received the Free Trading Fee For Whole Life benefit.
In addition to the Free Trading Fee For Whole Life benefit, customers who open an account and trade during this period will be entitled to the following offers:
- Free lucky number account registration;
- Margin Loan Interest Offer: 0% interest for the first 2 months; and 6.8% interest for the following 4 months;
- Opportunity to receive a gift worth 2,500,000 VND;
- Opportunity to become a business partner of SSV, sharing long-term benefits.
