Program Details – “New Client Referral Offer”
1. Program period: From 16/09/2024 to 31/12/2025.
2. Eligible participants
- Referrer: All domestic individual clients - including existing and new clients who already have a trading account at SSV - who successfully refer new clients to open an account at SSV using a referral code.
- Referred client: Individuals who do not yet have a securities account at SSV and successfully open a new account via a referral code.
3. Benefits for Referrers
- 2% discount on margin loan interest rate
- Offer: A 2% reduction from the prevailing standard margin loan interest rate announced from time to time.
- Conditions (must satisfy both):
- Successfully refer at least 3 new accounts before 31/12/2025; and
- At the evaluation time, the Total NAV of referred accounts is≥ VND 200 million, or the Total margin balance of referred accounts is≥ VND 100 million.
- Evaluation time: On the last working day of each quarter.
- Effective date of the offer: On the 5th working day of each new quarter until 31/12/2025.
- Notes: SSV will prioritize applying the best available rate for clients.
- FireAnt Pro investment account (worth VND 2,450,000)
- Gift: FireAnt Pro - a leading investment support tool, valid for 1 year from the date of receipt.
- Monthly recipients: 10 clients.
- Eligibility:
- Among individual clients with the highest number of successful referrals each month, and
- The client must have at least 3 successful referrals, with Total NAV of referred accounts ≥ VND 2 billion or a Total margin balance of referred accounts ≥ VND 1 billion at the evaluation time; winners are selected from highest to lowest. If multiple clients have the same number of referrals, SSV will select at random.
- Additional privileges
- If the Referrer is a new customer and meets the incentive conditions, they will receive lifetime 0% securities trading fees, 0% margin loan interest for the first 2 months and 6.8% preferential margin loan interest for the following 4 months, as well as free “lucky/beautiful number” account opening. 4. Benefits for Referred Clients
- Lifetime 0% trading fee
- Margin loan incentives: 0% margin interest for the first 2 months, then 6.8% preferential margin interest for the next 4 months

5. Other Terms & Conditions
- The program does not apply to accounts managed by brokers or cared for by collaborators.
- Clients may join the Biz Partner program by email registration to SSV. For detailed policies for Biz Partner collaborators/partners, please contact SSV.
- SSV reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion and in compliance with applicable laws.
- This program cannot be combined with other promotions, except those under “Choose Shinhan, Free for Whole Life.”
