"Lifetime no fees" or "Lifetime free trading" are common ways to describe the extraordinary offer from Shinhan Securities Vietnam (SSV)’s Lifetime 0% Trading Fee Policy, which was introduced in early April 2024. Under this policy, customers enjoy a 0% trading fee for life when they open an account and trade with SSV.

Previously, this policy was only applicable to new individual domestic customers from the date of its enforcement. Now, it is officially extended to ALL DOMESTIC INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS, including existing customers who opened accounts before September 16, 2024.

To enjoy the unlimited 0% trading fee offer, customers need only register or link and maintain a Shinhan Bank account as their trading settlement account. However, it’s not mandatory for the Shinhan Bank account to be the only settlement account. For convenience, customers may register additional bank accounts as their trading settlement accounts.

With the philosophy of lifelong companionship with customers and the commitment to "Lifetime Free Trading," this is not a trial offer but a long-term policy. It demonstrates SSV’s long-term vision in the Vietnamese market, ensuring profitability for investors and showcasing dedication to accompanying them on the path to financial freedom.

To enjoy the lifetime free trading offer:

• For accounts opened on or after September 16, 2024: Within 3 months from the month of account registration, customers must register or link and maintain a Shinhan Bank account as their trading settlement account to receive the lifetime free trading benefit. Before registration, the customer will still be subject to a 0% trading fee.
• For accounts opened before September 16, 2024: Customers must complete the registration of a Shinhan Bank account as their settlement account and submit their participation information to SSV by December 31, 2024, through this link.

Fee Application Time: Regularly on the last working day of each month, SSV will update fee groups for eligible accounts and notify customers. If a customer cancels their Shinhan Bank settlement account registration or does not meet the eligibility criteria, the trading fee will be applied according to SSV's policy at that time.

Note: The free trading policy only applies to online transactions and does not cover privately issued corporate bonds or other specialized transactions as per SSV’s periodic regulations.

In addition to the "Lifetime 0% Trading Fee” Policy, Shinhan Securities also offers various benefits to enhance customer privileges through the program: "Choose Shinhan, Free for whole life | Stock Market Race – An UNLIMITED offers journey.”

• Free margin loan interest for the first 2 months: 0% interest for the first 2 months (T + 60 days) with a limit of 500 million VND, and 6.8% interest for the next 4 months (T + 120 days) with a limit of up to 10 billion VND.
• 2% reduction in margin interest rate for successful referrals: Applicable to customers who successfully refer at least 3 new accounts, provided the referred accounts have a NAV of 200 million VND or margin debt of 100 million VND. The interest reduction offer is valid until December 31, 2025.
• Chance to receive a gift worth 2,500,000 VND: The top 10 customers with the highest successful referrals each month will receive a 1-year Fireant Pro account.
• Free beautiful number account registration: Customers have the opportunity to personalize their account numbers based on preferences like birthdate, phone number, or ID card.
• Opportunity to become a business partner of SSV: The Biz Partner program offers a chance to become a long-term business partner with Shinhan Securities, sharing in the financial development journey.
