Notice on the Adjustment of the Terms and Conditions for the Investment Competition “Shinhan Trading Championship 2026”

Dear Valued Customers,

Shinhan Securities Vietnam Co., Ltd. (SSV) would like to respectfully announce certain adjustments and updates to the Terms and Conditions (T&C) applicable to the program “Shinhan Trading Championship 2026”

These adjustments are made to clarify the reward evaluation mechanism, update the program implementation process, and standardize the competition rules. At the same time, SSV has adjusted the value of several prize categories; however, the total program budget previously approved remains unchanged.

The adjustments are as follows:

(1) Welcome Reward: Applicable to all eligible Customers without requiring program registration.

(2) Regulations on prize payment for CASH rewards:

• The rewards will be automatically credited to the Customer’s securities account or the bank account linked to the Customer’s securities account at SSV. Customers will receive the net amount after Personal Income Tax (PIT) deduction without the need for additional confirmation with Shinhan Securities;
• Customers agree to authorize Shinhan Securities to withhold and declare Personal Income Tax on behalf of the Customer in accordance with current legal regulations without requiring any additional confirmation or approval from the Customer.

(3) Addition of provisions regarding the policy for processing Customers’ personal data within the scope of the Program.

Notes:

• The above adjustments shall take effect from the date this notice is published on the official website of Shinhan Securities Vietnam.
• Other contents of the Terms and Conditions of the program “Shinhan Trading Championship 2026 – Chứng Trường Huyền Thoại 2026” remain unchanged and continue to be valid.
• Customers may view the detailed updated rules here.
