Shinhan Securities Vietnam (SSV) would like to inform our customers that, in order to implement the transition to the KRX system as planned by the Stock Exchange, the "San Xin Ha" application will be temporarily suspended as follows:
FROM 7:00 PM on April 28, 2025 TO 12:00 AM on May 5, 2025 for new account openings: Customers please do not open new accounts during this period.
FROM 5:00 PM on April 29, 2025 TO 12:00 AM on May 5, 2025 for existing customers: Existing customers please stop trading and accessing into the application during this period.
The KRX system — developed in cooperation with the Korea Exchange (KRX) — represents a major advancement toward modernizing the market's technological infrastructure, aiming for more synchronized, transparent, and efficient development. This upgrade is intended to provide a safer, more convenient, and modern trading experience.
Customers are kindly requested to complete all transactions before the system suspension period.
