  1. Managing Investment Portfolio:
  • Execute proprietary transactions on behalf of the company.
  • Contribute to the development of investment strategies and the creation of investment portfolios.
  1. Financial product issuance:
  • Participate in the issuance and operational processes of Covered Warrants, including preparing necessary documents, supporting operations, and generating relevant reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize automated trading systems, market-making activities, hedging, and issuance processes.
  • Develop and analyze data-driven trading strategies and models to enhance trading performance.
  • Provide training and support to investors regarding CWs, addressing questions and offering guidance.
  • Prepare and submit risk management and market-making reports to regulatory authorities as required.
  • Produce additional reports as requested by management.
  1. Investing and trading derivative products (futures, options)
  • Building a derivatives investment process.
  • Research and propose suitable trading strategies for futures contracts, ETFs, Options...
  • Reporting derivative portfolio internally and to regulatory authorities
  1. Degree: University degree in Accounting or Finance
  2. Certificate: Financial Analysis Certificate or Fund Management Certificate. (CFA is a plus).

3.   Others:

- Willing to learn and work under pressure with teamwork spirit.

- Knowledge of automated trading systems, market making, hedging   strategies, and financial instruments such as Covered Warrants.

- Good communication and reading comprehension in English

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for trading and financial reporting.
