Task Description


Key Tasks



Strategy Development and Planning

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to set strategic directions for new financial product development.
  • Create a roadmap for financial product development and establish mid-to-long-term plans for implementation.


Project Management

  • Manage the overall timeline and budget of product development projects.
  • Monitor the progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure they are on schedule.


Internal and External Collaboration

  • Coordinate with other departments (such as risk management, marketing, and sales) to manage all processes related to product development.
  • Secure necessary information and resources for product development through collaboration with external stakeholders.


Support Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance

  • Assess and manage potential risks associated with the financial products being developed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage the compliance process before and after product launch.


Performance Evaluation and Reporting

  • Regularly evaluate the performance of projects and the team, and report progress and outcomes to senior management.
  • Analyze the performance post-product launch, collect feedback for improvement, and respond accordingly.


General Standards



  • a bachelor's degree or higher
  • Major in finance, banking, business

Work experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial product development or a related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in financial institutions such as securities, fund management, banks, finance company, etc.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • English proficiency


  • Deep understanding of the latest financial technologies and trends
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
