Global stocks cooled down after a series of consecutive upswing weeks, and trading became struggling again. The positive news seems to have been absorbed by the market and investors are starting to look back at the upcoming economic data and monetary policy. In another development, the bright spot comes from the fact that China has just launched a 16-point plan to rescue the real estate market. 

Vietnam stocks regained the green color, many stocks exited the floor and reversed spectacularly. Steel and Vingroup played a leading role in the index's gain.
