The Dow gained 0.52%, the S&P 500 rose 0.4% and the Nasdaq Composite edged up 0.19%, with the Dow rising for the 11th straight session which is its longest winning streak since February 2017. Those gains came as a stronger-than-expected earnings season helped fuel this year’s market rally, while investors brace for the Federal Reserve’s policy decision on Wednesday.

The market continued to close with a gain at 1,190 points (+0.41%), with the opening and closing prices being the same. During the session, there were moments when the market dropped to 1,180, but buying pressure emerged, pulling the market back up, with significant contributions from the VN30 group such as VPB, MWG, NVL, and MSN.
