Vietnam’s tourism has just gone through a rough time with impressive growth from 2015 -2019, but soon fell to bottom due to the covid-19. After the post-covid-19 period (15/3/2022), the tourism sector recovered and developed strongly. The recover of tourism contributes significantly to the economic growth. By 2023, Vietnam has set a target to to make tourism a spearhead. By 2030, Vietnam’s goal is to attract 47-50 million international tourists to Vietnam. The tourism sector is expected to contribute about 14-15% of the GDP.
