US stocks all three major indexes rose as investors looked forward to negotiations on the US debt ceiling this Friday. The S&P 500 gained 0.3%, the Dow Jones Industrial Average broke a five-day losing streak and gained 0.14%, to 33,349. The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite led gains in the United States, up 0.66%.

VNINDEX closed down -0.11%, erasing all attempts to gain in the morning session. VN30 group was the bright spot of cash flow today with VIC gaining more than 5% after the news of the merger of Vinfast and SPAC.
