U.S. stocks were slightly volatile, as investors awaited important inflation reports scheduled for release this week. At the close, the S&P 500 index gained 0.05%, reaching 4,138.12 points. The Nasdaq index rose 0.18% to 12,256.92 points. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 55.69 points, or 0.17%, to 33,618.69 points.

VNINDEX closed with the Marubozu candle following the tree, so the Doji last Friday showed improved investor sentiment, money flowed into securities and banks.
