Technically, the MACD has cut back down to the signal line along with the RSI falling below 50, meaning that the market is back in the down phase when the balancing attempt failed. Currently, the index is approaching the short-term support level, so a technical recovery may appear, investors may consider lowering the proportion of stocks and watching for new developments.
