Global stocks prospered. The blue-chip Dow recovered from a weak start to add 100 points on Tuesday, as investors welcomed the news that China will end quarantine for inbound visitors, thus paving the way for a swifter reopening of the world's second-largest economy.

Domestic stocks regained the threshold of 1,000 points but liquidity remained low. Vietnam set a target for exports to increase by 6% in 2023. Export of agricultural, forestry and fishery products reached a new record of over 53.2 billion USD, up 9.3% compared to 2021.
