- From a technical perspective: The uptrend was narrowed significantly and the index closed the session creating a red hammer candlestick pattern, showing more active selling. The MACD is close to crossing the signal line along with the RSI dropping to 50, meaning that the correcting trend might continue. The right strategy is to hold and start being more cautious when the index continuously fails to break out to the high level.
