Global stocks mixed. The Hang Seng soared 635.41 points or 3.33% to finish at 19,442.10 on Thursday, gaining for the first session in three and erasing most of Wednesday's selloff, boosted by a report that Hong Kong's government may further relax COVID curbs, including lifting its outdoor mask rule and relaxing mandatory testing for arrivals.

Domestic stocks are still under pressure from sellers. During the President's visit to Korea: 24 documents were signed and 15 billion USD of investment proposals.
