Global stocks struggled. The Dow Jones traded around a reference on Monday, as investors temporarily dismissed the excitement over expectations of a slower rate hike of the Fed to await a series of earnings announcements from major retailers this week. China expanded a financial assistance program for private companies including real estate companies to about 250 billion yuan.

Domestic stocks continued to be under selling pressure at the beginning of the week. Securities companies have lowered margin lending rates in many stocks, especially real estate. At the same time, in the last 1-2 months, securities companies have simultaneously adjusted to increase margin interest rates to range from 13-15%/year.
