Global stocks fell again, trading struggled. US stock stocks were trading lower on Wednesday with the Dow down by 0.14%, S&P 500 and Nasdaq falling 0.2% and 0.25% respectively. . Ministers from OPEC+ agree to cut production by 2M barrels per day.

Domestic stocks rebounded with low liquidity. The current P/E of Vnindex has fallen to nearly the level at the Covid-19 period in early 2020 and is on par with the period 2014-2015.
