Global stocks struggled to find direction. Dow Jones was losing more than 400 points while the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq tumbled 1.9% and 2.8%, respectively. The tech sector was among the top losers, led by a slump in Apple after Bank of America downgraded the tech stock to neutral.

Domestic stocks continued to decline. 9-month GDP growth strongest in more than 10 years.

Russia to annex four Ukrainian regions. President Vladimir Putin will claim territory on Friday in escalation of conflict with Kyiv.
