Global stocks struggled again, three major US stock indexes lost by 1% on Tuesday as investors refrained from opening new positions ahead of the outcome of the Federal Reserve's two-day policy meeting.

Domestic stocks kept the support of 1,200 points but trading value was low. The recovery signal of seafood exports in August is good, but growth in major markets has slowed, and sufficient condition is that September export turnover must recover above $ 1 billion (bright spot in pangasius).
