Global stocks continue to decline but have returned to strong support zone. The concerning warning from FedEx reaffirmed investors’ worries about the darkening global growth outlook.

Domestic stocks retreated to the support level of MA50, around 1,230 points. Standing Committee of the National Assembly gives opinions on the draft Petroleum Law (amended).

This week will be dominated by interest rates decisions by the major central banks including Federal Reserve, Bank of England and Bank of Japan.
