Global stocks rebounded. The Bank of Canada raised the target for its overnight rate by 75 bps to 3.25% in September 2022.

Domestic stocks dropped sharply, losing the threshold of 1,250 points. Banks are allowed to increase credit room and Moody’s upgrades Vietnam rating. This is considered a timely action to untie when many banks have almost run out their credit limit this year. The upgrade of the national credit rating will help improve the reputation and support foreign capital mobilization activities of banks.
