Update recommendation to HOLD, target price of VND 72,200
REE operates in three main sectors: M&E (Mechanical & Electrical Engineering), Power, and Real Estate. In addition, REE is active in the water sector. In energy, REE owns power plants with a total designed capacity of up to 1,050 MW; in real estate, REE is leasing about 180,000 m², accounting for 25% of profit. Using the SOTP valuation method, we update the target price for REE at VND 72,200 with a HOLD recommendation. We expect REE to maintain stable growth thanks to significant development potential in the renewable energy sector, with a target capacity of around 2,000–2,500 MW by the end of 2030.
