Until January 18, 2024, the Land Law (Amended), the Law on real estate trading (Amended), and the Law on housing (Amended) were all passed. Many new regulations have been issued to protect the rights of home buyers, increase the responsibility of investors and push real estate market transparent. We expect the completion and synchronization of the legal framework to contribute to the recovery and stabilization of the market in the near future.
