The Dow Jones jumped more than 190 points after an earlier 100-point loss while the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq added 0.6% and 0.4%, respectively. Federal Reserve Vice Chair Philip Jefferson said officials need to “proceed carefully” to balance the risk of tightening too much. 

VNINDEX closed 1,137 (8 points, +0.78%) with liquidity at the same level as the previous session. The market recorded an increase with 352 increasing codes and 145 decreasing codes.
