1.Instructing customers on procedures for opening accounts, transaction methods, payment methods, transfer of rights, cash withdrawal at the counter and by phone;

2.Serving customers' information lookup requests such as account information, information related to the exercise of rights...; Send reports, delivery statements at the request of customers and brokers

3.Taking care of and receiving customers' requests to place securities trading orders at the counter, entering orders into the system to ensure compliance with the Company's business processes.

4. Guidance on depository procedures, exercise of rights..

5.Implement customer care programs, promotions depend on the company's business plan.

6. Other tasks as assigned of Head of CS Team and BOM.

  1. Degree:

- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.

- English/Korean: good communication skill is a compulsory

  1. Certificate:

- The stock certificate of SSC (Brokerage/ financial analysis/management of fund) if any.

  1. Others:

- At least 1 years’ experience in the same position is a plus.

- Ability to communicate with Customer and related Teams.

- Ability to manage and solve issues.

- Teamwork capabilities and good ability to build and sustain relationships
