  • Orient, develop plans, organize, deploy and manage communication and marketing content on the company's owned social channels and display advertising campaigns;
  • Participate in research and propose communication campaigns and advertising campaigns according to the company's general development strategy, coordinate with relevant departments to deploy on time and effectively;
  • Organize, deploy and monitor SEO (Search Engine Optimization) effectiveness on the enterprise website system;
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate indicators measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities and propose improvements;
  • Research and analyze competitors, markets, media trends, customer insights to propose appropriate competitive communications strategies, ensuring optimal effectiveness;
  • Coordinate the deployment of communication content on cooperation channels with partners;
  • Create content, propose new attractive and feasible media ideas. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
  • Other tasks as assigned by direct manage and BOD
  • Fluent in English (writing, speaking, listening): required
  • Knowledge of media management, ability to plan and coordinate the implementation of media and advertising campaigns: required
  • Understanding of media channels and digital media platforms: required
  • Experience in implementing marketing and product communication: required
  • Use proficiency in effective Digital Marketing tools: required
  • Requires at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Having an understanding of HTML programming: Plus
  • Skills in using design tools: : Plus
  • Experience of Securities market: Plus
