- Contact Customers as assigned data
- Guide Customers to complete the account registration procedures at the Company
- Providing and consulting Products, Services and Incentive programs for Customers
- Receive Customer feedback and propose improvement solutions to the Manager
- Complete assigned work targets and report to the Manager
- Graduated from University majoring in Finance, Banking, Securities or related economic disciplines
- Having experience working at a Securities Company, Practicing certificate or working in Telesales is a plus
- Hardworking, agile and have a high sense of responsibility at work
- Confidently communicate with customers and have good persuasion skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Withstand high work pressure
- Be Proficient in office computer
- Working time: 05 days/week (Monday to Friday).
