1.  ICT Management
–    Follow the procurement workflows, vendor coordination, and budget tracking for ICT equipment.
–    Follow proactive software license management 
2.  Infrastructure Administration & Operation
–    Administer hybrid server environments encompassing both physical and virtualized platforms. (VMWare)
–    Implement and maintain comprehensive performance monitoring systems for proactive issue detection.
–    Operation backup System 
–    Operation Batch Trading System
–    Ensure system stability, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of infrastructure reliability. 
3.  Identity & Access Management
–    Implement user account provisioning, modification, and deactivation across all systems.
–    Maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and enforce the principle of least privilege.
–    Conduct periodic access reviews to ensure compliance with internal security policies.
4.  Security & Server Hardening
–    Enforce server-level security protocols, including patch management and vulnerability remediation.
–    Manage OS and application software integrity through baseline configurations and regular audits.
–    Monitor for unauthorized changes and respond promptly to security incidents.
5.  Data Room Operations
–    Server room environment controls (power, cooling, physical security).
–    Operate robust backup systems to ensure data integrity and recoverability.
6.  Other:
–    Support VDI, Teams environments and ensure seamless end-user experience for remote and in-office staff.
–    Identify manual processes and develop solutions to reduce operational overhead.
–    Report to ensure infrastructure operations align with internal governance and external compliance standards.
–    Coordinate with ISPs and maintenance partners to uphold SLA compliance for data lines.
–    Other tasks assigned by Head of Team and BOM.
 

Must:
•    A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent training/experience) in Software/Computer/Network Engineering
•    Capability to design, implement, operate, and manage VMware vCenter and ESXi
•    3+ years of experience as a VMware engineer
•    3+ years of experience of VMware-based system or platform operation and SAN Storage DellEMC VNX, Unity. 
•    Experience and knowledge of Linux and Windows Server, ADS, DNS, DHCP, Desktop, Laptop, MAC Support, Hardware & Networking, Firewall, DLP, Anti-virus, etc…
•    Working with high volume of data transactions, real-time data systems, data processing, storage, and analysis.
•    Knowledge of basic networking (TCP/IP fundamentals)
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across a complex organization
•    Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
•    Troubleshooting of All Users Desktop, Laptop and Printers etc..
•    Self-driven and motivated to learn new technologies.
•    Intermediate English
Better To Have: 
•    Experience with VMware system over 50x ESXi hosts 
•    VMware Advanced Certified Engineer 6.5 or 7.0 
•    Experience with vCloud Director, NSX-V, NSX-T 
•    Experience with vSphere SRM
